This is a double feature containing the 1985 classic Christopher Rage fisting movie, Manholes as well as a "sequel" directed by the self-proclaimed "King of Ass" Chris Ward. One of the scenes in the new movie features smurfy Michael Starr, in a first-ever twink fisting scene.

The Christopher Rage classic is of course timeless, featuring still hunky Bosch Wagner in incredibly intense action.
