Login Problems

However, one of the security features is that login names and passwords are now CASE SENSITIVE. That means that capital letters must be in the exact position where you first typed them. For example

If your login is JohnDoe@anysite.com

using johndoe@Anysite.com will typically be denied access.

So we have 3 possible solutions for you. If you are having trouble, you can

1) Try to email yourself the login details. You can access the page to do that by clicking Here

or

2) You can call us @ 1-888-38-SPUNK and one of our friendly and helpful customer guys will be happy to find your information, take your order over the phone, or help you in any way we can

or

3) You can simply create a new account. You won't be able to access your previous order history that way, but your order should go through.
