We respect your privacy! All of our packages are shipped in a plain brown or white box, marked only with the return address of our corporate parent and the return address of our warehouse. There are no indications of the package's contents visible on the outside of the box.

For domestic shipments (inside the Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska) we use United Parcel Service (UPS). With a variety of shipping options available, including ground, 3-day, 2-day and overnight, UPS offers top-notch service, support and tracking of your packages. You can track your packages on UPS right from our site -- just log into your account and click on the package to be tracked.

For international shipments, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS), usually Global Priority Mail. We provide a tracking number, which may or may not be traceable on the USPS web site, which is, unfortunately, out of our control. Shipment time varies by location, but is generally 7 to 10 business days. Be sure to read our international shipping policy for important details.

Be sure to include your email address at checkout, as this is both your account name on SpunkVideo, as well as our primary method of communicating with you regarding your order.
